How to configure the 360 Essential Camera in the App?Updated 2 months ago

In the device details section you can configure all the camera's functions, alarms and notifications.


First, choose what name you want to add to the device in Device name: remember that, if you have more than one indoor camera, naming them will let you know which one is which.

Below, on the same screen you can choose to set the camera's alarm mode by moving the green knob next to Alarm device to the right.

A little further down, you will see a button that says share device with: there you must click to choose with which members you will share the management of the camera:

                             


Privacy mode

The indoor camera can be easily turned off when you press Privacy mode on. Thus, the camera is no longer visible to others and no longer recording; as you see in the image below, you can still see the camera images, even if the app tells you that it is in privacy mode.

Operation

The camera's 360° controls allow you to move sideways, up and down with a simple command.

Notifications. Finally, still within Device details, you can configure what type of notifications you will receive when the camera detects an alert. Note that the notifications for each device may have different settings than the general notification settings. How to operate the cuid 360 camera

Every 360 camera you install is operated “remotely” with the cuid app, thanks to the camera's TPZ functionality. With this function you can, in addition to arming and disarming it remotely, take direct control of your surveillance with Pan, 355° (i.e. sideways movement) and 180° Tilt (bottom-up movement) control.

In addition, you can use it to record video, take photos, talk through the camera, set privacy modes or sound the alarm, with the buttons you see on the remote control:

Please note that the 360 camera transmits signal only through wifi. If the internet goes down, we have the backup module, and for it to work you need to buy our UPS, so you won't be left without signal if the power goes out!
