To reset the 360 camera, you must delete it from the app and directly reset the device. Here's how to do it:
1. To delete it from the app, go to Devices, press Manage, then stand on the 360 image and press edit. Then press Delete device, as shown in the image:
2. Now, you need to reset the device directly by pressing the reset button more than ten seconds until the light on the device starts flashing faster and makes a sound.
The “reset” button on the Essential 360 Indoor Camera is located when you turn the lens inward.
Once steps 1 and 2 are completed, the device is reset and can be added again, following this guide.
