If you are trying to connect the device for the first time and it does not connect to your WI-FI network through the App, follow the steps below, which will also be detailed in the App when the connection fails:
1-Check if the camera is turned on.
2-Check if the camera made a “beep” sound when you scanned the QR code. This may be the problem: the camera had not connected to the app. If you didn't hear the “beep”, try turning down the brightness of your phone and try again (many times, this simple issue can cause the connection issue).
3-Check if the WI-FI network is 2.4 GHZ. If not, you will have to update it with your Internet operator so that the care cameras can connect.
4-Check if the password you entered to connect is correct.
5-Make sure that the camera is in the coverage area of your WI-FI network.
If you followed all these steps and still could not connect your 360 or Pro Exterior camera to the WI-FI, try to connect them to the Tuya app.
